A difficult time when selling a family home of over 60 years. Joe, Sharon, Matthew and the wider team were excellent. Professional service provided, appropriate, timely communication and the team were full of knowledgable advice to make the process as simple and stress-free as is possible. Would highly recommend Lomond Estate Agents (Irvine).

Very poor service, submitted a verbal offer with via phoning the estate agent for a property at Oswald Court on the basis nobody else had submitted a bid on the property at that time. Received a call over 3 hours later to say someone else has had submitted a bid which the client had accepted. At no point was I informed of someone else submitting a bid.<br><br>Was given no further options and basically left with "tough luck".<br><br>Sent a written email of complaint as instructed on the website over 10 days ago to raise my issues with no response as of yet so doesn't look like I'm getting one.<br><br>Wouldn't recommend to use, been dealing with estate agents for nearly 6 months as a first time buyer and this is the only estate agent which has made me feel unwelcome and unsupported.

I would happily recommend Lomond to anyone looking to sell their property. From the first visit with Joe to the updates and support from Caitlin, they’ve been amazing and made their part in our process so easy and stress free.
