Exceedingly poor communication and service from their property management team. Nearly 4 weeks on from vacating a property and they are still yet to return the deposit on a property that was well maintained and looked after for 5 years.

Bentley Hurst now manage 3 properties for us. We suffered terrible service with a previous large Manchester agent but working with James and the whole team at BH has been a very different experience. BH are responsive to queries and keep us up to date with progress on any repairs and tenant issues. We suspect that we are more hands on than many in our position and the personal service we get from James and his colleagues is supported with an online portal which we can log into directly as well to view updates, sign documents etc. We feel valued as clients thanks to James and his colleagues.
