The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale.
Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received

I’ve had a great experience working with Poppy Carter. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always willing to provide all the information we request, which makes the whole process feel straightforward. She is also very responsive, which I really appreciate.
Overall, a genuinely helpful and professional representative who I’d happily recommend.

Really recommend Bentley Hurst if you’re looking for somewhere to rent or buy. The process has been smooth and stress free. Olivia has been especially amazing, and has been there to help answer any questions and worries. Overall the communication has been spot on and the team friendly and attentive.

After several months later, we appointed Bentley Hurst again as our property letting agent. This time Ms Olivia Toole, our letting consultant, gave us professional guidance in this matter and made the whole operation running smoothly. She is so helpful, efficient and responsible. We truly wish her every successful in the future.
We have assigned Bentley Hurst as our sole agent to sell our property recently and we met Poppy and Joe. During the process, we interacted with them tightly and effectively that made things done smoothly. Our property is now launched to the market and we truly believe that we can achieve our expected price by selling our property soon.
