First off, good experience overall and I'd have happily posted 4.5 if Google had allowed it. For speed and attention, we’re glad we chose to use an independent agent rather than a national one. We’d consider using them again in future.
Service used: just the tenancy find
What they did well: James said at the first meeting that he was confident they could find a tenant within 1.5 weeks. And they did! 10 out of 10 for the most important marker. Also, the 3D filming/photo/ad were all done within 2 days. Top efficiency. Poppy then followed up on most of the rest and was always quick to respond and to the point.
Where they could improve: As it was our first time using an agent / using their online system, they would do well in perhaps explaining a bit more about the process / system, what we needed to do, etc..

I dealt with James Fav from Bentley Hurst who provided me with an exceptional level of service throughout my property let journey. From the moment I approached him with my queries, he went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way.

Bentley Hurst came highly recommended and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. James has been really quick and responsive. Fees are fair and they've been very easy to work with. Definitely wont hesitate to work with them again.
