Not a great experience - some agents at Madison Brook, Docklands communicate intentions clearly and in advance, but we have had an agent let themselves into our flat for a viewing with NO prior notice whatsoever, without even knocking on our main door. Just walked straight into our house, and knocked on our bedroom door to check if we were home before conducting the viewing. No respect for privacy. Services throughout the rest of my tenancy managed pretty well otherwise.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the team at Madison Brooks Docklands, and with Vanessa in particular. The staff were professional, helpful, and communicative throughout most of the rental process.The only issue I encountered was with their finance department, which took quite a while to generate the invoice for my deposit. Because of this administrative delay, the final tenancy agreement wasn't signed until the day before my move-in date, which made the final stretch a bit more stressful than it needed to be.That being said, everything else went smoothly and the move-in itself was successful. I would recommend them, but suggest keeping a close eye on the paperwork timeline!

They were not responsive at all. When we had an urgent issue with the flat, they ignored us completely. Then when I called Natasha Dhillon was so rude, so not helpful and hung up on my face. Customer service is terrible. Then they decided to get back to us a week later which at that point we found a solution ourselves. I wouldn’t wish this agency upon my worst enemy.

Terrible agency. Very rude and unhelpful staff (Natasha Dhillon) took 0 care of us when we needed them urgently. Strongly recommending all landlords to choose any other agency. True waste of time and money.

My experience with Madison Brook Twickenham has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. They have been managing the rental of my flat, and almost every matter has been frustrating to deal with and handled unprofessionally.<br><br>I appointed a managing agent to reduce the stress and workload of renting out my property, but instead, dealing with Madison Brook has created more work and frustration than managing it myself.<br><br>In particular, my experience with Natasha has been very poor. I found her communication rude, her service inefficient, and her approach to client service seriously lacking. Issues that should have been straightforward were unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to resolve.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Madison Brook for property management.

I want to give my highest compliments to Venessa Akuma, whose help deserves a full five stars. From the very beginning, she met us on time, kindly showed us around the property, fully understood my needs, patiently answered all my questions, and was always available to reply to my emails.<br><br>I still remember her telling me that even if this flat didn’t meet my needs, she would continue helping me find the right one. This was incredibly supportive, especially when I was stressed about finding a suitable property to move into.<br><br>A huge thank you to Venessa!

Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market.
The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
