As a first time buyer, Leon has helped make the process so much less daunting than I expected. Brilliant communication - always reachable, always quick to respond. They also pushed me to view a place I’d have scrolled straight past, which ended up being one I seriously considered. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
