Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Dawn and Claire took such good care of me during the sale of my flat. As a first time seller, I was unsure of process and protocol but the ladies were there to advise me every step of the way.
Dawn was brilliant with her sales advice and approach, which meant I was able to get the price I wanted.
Claire gave so much support through the sales progression. She kept me updated and helped liaise between all parties, helping to push it through quickly.

Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market.
The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.
