I recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Marcus Grimes.<br><br>I wanted to take the time to point out how conscientous and supportive they were throughout the whole procedure.<br><br>Abigail conducted my sale and did so with the utmost professionalism, leaving me reassured throughout the process.<br>She ensured communication between all parties was as constant as possible, and chased people where necessary on my behalf.<br><br>Special mention to the friendly chap on the phones who also sorted some elements out for me swiftly in her absence.<br><br>The team has a real local and friendly feel that you don't often experience with estate agents these days.<br><br>Highly recommend.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Annabel, who was the estate agent for the property we purchased. Despite not actually working for us, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process.<br><br>She was very patient with us during our viewings, always available to answer any questions we had, and quick to get back to us whenever we needed anything. She genuinely went above and beyond what was required and was a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>When we struggled to make contact with our solicitor, Annabel was also incredibly reassuring and helpful, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Annabel — she made what could have been a stressful process so much easier!

5 * Service from start to finish!<br><br>I cannot recommend Marcus Grimes enough. Handing over the management of my rental properties to Melanie and Federico was the best decision I made.<br>They make the entire process so easy by taking complete control from day one.<br><br>Repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. The property marketing to find new tenants and the communication with the tenants and myself are excellent. The administration and the legal compliance are equally as good.<br>In addition, the rent management is being taken care of, seamlessly, by Abbie!<br><br>I really couldn't hope for a better management team. It is such a relief, it gives me total peace of mind.

I have had an ongoing relationship with Marcus Grimes for approximately 17 years, initially in connection with purchasing a property and, more recently and much more extensively, through their lettings and property-management service.<br>Throughout that time, I have been particularly impressed by the consistently high standard of service provided by the entire lettings team. In particular, Fed and Mel have always been exceptionally responsive whenever an issue has arisen. They are helpful, accessible and highly knowledgeable, and their advice has been invaluable to me as a landlord. Although most of my day-to-day contact is with the lettings team, on the occasions when I have dealt with Marcus himself, he too has always been extremely helpful, approachable and supportive.<br>Given the excellent service I have received, I fully intend to continue using Marcus Grimes for my lettings in the future. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive lettings agent.

Marcus Grimes are super efficient, professional and always so helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is dealt with quickly and smoothly. Excellent service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Marcus Grimes & Co Estate & Letting Agency have supported me with Letting my Flat for over 12 years, and I would not hesitate for an instant in highly recommending them. The whole team are consummate professionals; polite & efficient with communications, timely with financial transactions, meticulous in their attention to detail with property checks, scrupulous in aligning with real estate industry legal standards & requirements, and articulately skilled diplomats when logistical difficulties arise. The team also maintain an office presence so on occasion where in-person contact is required there is always someone 'in' to help.
