We invited 3 estate agents to view the property and Martin Flashman & Co stood out as the best choice for us. James Pickering looked after us from the start, giving us regular updates and keeping us informed about any issues from the other parties involved and what was being done to solve them. We did not live close to the property we were selling and James helped out with sending me meter readings (if I were to do this again I would recommend a smart meter being installed!) and altering the thermostat for me when the weather hit a particularly cold patch so the house remained safe. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient and kind. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
