We recently immigrated to the UK from South Africa, and with very little credit history and references finding our first home in the UK proved to be extremely difficult. With lockdown restrictions and many agents working from home, getting feedback or even acknowledgement from most agents seemed almost impossible. This experience completely changed once we met Charlotte. Charlotte was aware of our situation and took the time to go through the different areas (that we were mostly very unfamiliar with), the process of renting a property in the UK and all of the requirements. Charlotte was extremely patient with us and worked with us until we found the exact property that we were after. In a sense she made us feel right at home. We have never rented a property before as we have always owned our own homes in South Arica, and I can confidently say that Charlotte Rowe was the most professional agent that we have ever worked with. On some occasions it was her day off but nothing was every to much to ask of her, even coming around to assist on with things on her day off! I can assure you that when our rental comes to an end, we will ONLY use Charlotte and Martin Flashman & Co again and will certainly ask her to assist us with our next property. It was an absolute privilege dealing with her, and I will easily recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property.

Martin Flashman were fantastic throughout the entire house purchasing process. Jack was professional, knowledgeable and timely in his correspondence. He really made what can be a stressful process easy. The way Jack felt with me was very personable and this really added value to the service. Can not recommend Martin Flashman enough, they have exceeded all expectations.

Very happy indeed with the experience - the third time I have used Martin Flashman. Appreciated the really sound advice on the valuation and timing of putting the property on the market, at a really uncertain time for the economy due to the first Covid lockdown. We proceeded with the initial advice given by Martin Flashman, and then Darrell Domingo handled the sale process from the almost immediate offer at pretty much bang on asking price, and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. We will definitely use Martin Flashman again as a highly professional, friendly and super efficient operator. We have tried one of the other local agents (well known, with multiple branches) previously on both a sale and a purchase and been let down. Can't recommend Martin Flashman company highly enough.
