We’ve been renting for a few years now, and every time we’ve needed to find a new home, we’ve always been welcomed with fantastic support from the team. A huge thank you to Bruna Peixoto for all her help throughout the process. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and had great communication throughout. She was always quick to respond, making sure all the documents and necessary paperwork were completed in time for our move. She made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. There was no doubt that we would list our property with Martin Flashman, having had a very positive experience when they had sold it to us 13 years ago. Steve Woodroffe leads a great team and was on hand when needed with calm, practical and proactive advice. He knows the Weybridge market like the back of his hand and had great recommendations for conveyancers and surveyors. Adele Nokes managed our sale and was great to work with, her communication and people skills are excellent and she never forgot she was dealing with busy and stressed out people and ultimately a family moving on to their forever home. Special mention for Alastair Read who is also very professional and was genuinely more disappointed than we were when we lost our first buyer due to unforeseen reasons when we already had contracts ready to sign. Rest assured MF sold our house a second time around within 10 days and for full asking price and we were ready to exchange contracts within two months from accepting the offer despite having to build a wall to address a building control issue (that Steve had alerted us to right from the start). We highly recommend Martin Flashman's Weybridge team, the only downside was that we weren't able to buy through them as well! Thank you all so much for getting us through a stressful time and keeping us (or rather Sue) sane. The Nightingales Xx
