Edit: For any buyers/sellers who potentially would like to do business with MF&Co, please take time and read the passive aggression in their responses to any and all criticism. Suits don't indicate professionalism.<br><br>They are professional and well mannered, however, please be vary if you are the buyer and not the seller. MF & Co inflate prices like no other estate agency and they will sell you a lemon with full knowledge of what they are doing.<br><br>Looking for a morally sound estate agency is near impossible, but MF & Co is easily the worst I've encountered so far.
