The team at Martin Flashman & Co Weybridge were very supportive throughout the process of finding our first property. David took us patiently through viewings for different properties over a period of several months. When we found the right property, Alastair was highly diligent and facilitated communications between parties efficiently. Overall, it took us about 12 weeks from offer acceptance to exchange. I purchased my flat that was up with Martin Flashman and co, and I must say, they were much more helpful than my own estate agents that I was selling with. Switched to Martin Flashman after a rather negative experience with another estate agent. What a difference, the team were proactive from the start, numerous viewings, excellent feedback and advice when needed. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have used Martin Flashman a number of times over the last 25 years to buy, sell and manage homes for me. Without fail the service provided has been excellent. I find them honest, friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was selling a flat for me. Alistair who managed this had an offer for me within days.
