Moving homes is stressful and having an honest, transparent and responsive state agent was key for us. Having had very bad experiences in the past, we found Martin Flashman and CO to be very professional. We had a good experience working with Mr. James Pickering, he was always available and responsive.

We choose Martin Flashman to market and sell our Mothers property in Weybridge and would highly recommend Steve and his team in the weybridge office. Communication was excellent with regular updates and feedback from viewings, once a sale was agreed they continued to be proactive in ensuring that matters were progressing in a timely manner and all parties were kept informed. Darrell was very calm, professional, friendly and pro-active all throughout our stressful and difficult sale. Our house was on the market for 4 months with another estate agents without one viewing. We moved to Flashman and within a week, we had a viewing and an offer which we accepted. Darrell kept the chain together and kept us informed and our sale completed in large part due to his efforts. We would highly recommend him.
