Amazing service, professional team and established processes. Arrived UK recently and was looking to rent a place. Increased market demand and unawareness of the process made my initial searches and attempts unsuccessful until I started to work with Martin Flashman Co and Jessica, after couple of discussions and physical meetings the company was able to set framework of future rental place parameters and in 2 weeks time I got my place identified and rented including all checks and documents. We recently immigrated to the UK from South Africa, and with very little credit history and references finding our first home in the UK proved to be extremely difficult. With lockdown restrictions and many agents working from home, getting feedback or even acknowledgement from most agents seemed almost impossible. This experience completely changed once we met Charlotte. Charlotte was aware of our situation and took the time to go through the different areas (that we were mostly very unfamiliar with), the process of renting a property in the UK and all of the requirements. Charlotte was extremely patient with us and worked with us until we found the exact property that we were after. In a sense she made us feel right at home. We have never rented a property before as we have always owned our own homes in South Arica, and I can confidently say that Charlotte Rowe was the most professional agent that we have ever worked with. On some occasions it was her day off but nothing was every to much to ask of her, even coming around to assist on with things on her day off! I can assure you that when our rental comes to an end, we will ONLY use Charlotte and Martin Flashman & Co again and will certainly ask her to assist us with our next property. It was an absolute privilege dealing with her, and I will easily recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property.

Great letting process, quick and easy, treated like a human and not a "tenant" - if you know you know ;). Staff are all lovely from lettings to property management. Contact was always available and thorough and kept up to date throughout.
The only issue was that after moving in to quite a big development it came to light that I was supposed to have an induction to show the building and how everything works and where everything is location as it's a bit confusing. Luckily the building staff have been helpful but just a suggestion for future tenants, as this would have been very helpful! Thanks for breaking the mould of awful letting agents, you guys were great!

Our main point of contact was Lisa who was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. Nothing was too much for her - she gave us lots of advice about the local area prior to us putting in an offer, she liaised quickly between us and the sellers, she kept us updated throughout our buying experience and she helped to liaise with all of the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to ensure that everyone was on track. She went above and beyond to ensure that buying was as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in/around the Weybridge area. We first met Andrew the branch director who came across very approachable and pragmatic, with a clear strategy on the sale of our home. Once we appointed Martin Flashman, they were straight on the case and organised multiple viewings overt the first few weeks after the property went live. They kept us informed on all the viewings and gave us feedback on these. As a team they knew exactly what type of buyer would likely purchase the property and had a clear eye on this to try and ensure we could get then through the door. In a very slow market we managed to get the sale agreed in just a few weeks. We could not ask for more. After the sale was agreed, they continued the same level of professionalism until completion. At a time when other local friends are generally getting fed up with local estate agents when trying to sell their house, by either being told to constantly readjust their price point, or not being proactive enough when they have agreed to an agency and almost all o f them pulling their property off the market, Martin Flashman were able to secure us a swift deal to allow us to move onto the next chapter of our lives! We would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property in the local area.

The worst Property Agent ever, I was about to view the house today and MR. Lewis Ballantye told me that we will cancell the appointment becouse someone is offering of it .
