Martin Flashman (Weybridge Office) were amazing in securing a sale of our home. All members of the team were very approachable and friendly and provided sound advice. Aimee in particular was a gem and went the extra mile in negotiating for us, spending a lot of time advising and assisting us with suggestions on the way forward. We ended up having a lot of assurance in Aimee’s approach and it was clear she would be persuasive and great in speaking to potential interested buyers as our representative. Alastair was also great and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend Martin Flashman without any hesitation. .

We were looking to buy a house around Weybridge and were quite anxious about the process since we are non-residents. Adele from Martin Flashman & Co Weybridge was very helpful from the very beginning through to the signing of the contract. We had some not-so-straightforward requirements and limited time for viewings because we were going back and forth between the UK and our home country. Adele managed all of this professionally and also recommended a reputable and trustworthy solicitor, which was very important to us, given that we had no prior experience with soliciting. Long story short, we are very happy with the result and had a very pleasant experience.

Very unprofessional. When we moved into our house, it came with so many issues and was never professionally cleaned. Now that we have moved out, they have charged us for all the issues and cleaning they never did in the first place.

We recently closed a renting contract for our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, the process was smooth, quick and very professional.
Lauren was incredibly helpful and responsive, she was scheduling several viewings at late notices and answered all our questions/requests promptly. She made the entire process stress-free and straightforward. The contract was signed quickly and all background checks were anxiety free( which is so rare). The property itself is everything we hoped for – clean, well-maintained, and in a great location.
We are excited to start this new chapter in our beautiful home and highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a new place. Thank you for making our moving experience a so easy!

We were very impressed with your proactively and tenacity when things kept getting 'stuck in the mud'.
On more than one occasion you pushed through obstacles, ready to pick up the phone and talk to people to find resolutions rather than rely on the ubiquitous email nudge!
