When I requested information regarding about some rental properties it kept coming back with an error. The requests must have sent and I had a patronising email back saying ‘thank you for your numerous enquiries’. I let that slide by and tried to get a viewing, which took ages for a response. I was working away on the days they requested, I asked for any other dates, received zero response. I emailed a week after asking again for alternative dates with zero response. It was like I was pestering them to view a house. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this letting agents.

Very polite and helpful. They managed all of our viewings and acted as go between when we had questions for our buyer and vice versa. No problem at all, very friendly staff.

We bought our recent property from MB, the office team were very helpful, Ou ed main dealing were with Jack and we wish to thank him for helping to eventually get it ‘across the line!’ Always very professional, but with a human touch.

I would recommend Matthews Benjamin in Ambleside, they are very knowledgeable of the local market & prices, they actively encourage buyers to look at your property and are realistic about a Sellers options. Even in difficult market conditions they are positive about Sales.
