I was delighted by the service offered by Matthews Benjamin for sellers.
When I first phoned the first Coronovirus lockdown was ending, but before the office had re-opened. Matt answered all my questions and provided a copy of the standard contract terms and fees; which I found were clear and fair.
When the property was visited I thought that their valuation practice was good and realistic. I was told of the need for an Energy Performance Certificate from a third party specialist company (which they organised for me).
The sale particulars prepared were thorough and well presented, took account of all relevant aspects of the property and were provided for client approval before publication.
I found all of the staff to be helpful and friendly, always professional and following good practice at all stages of the sale, including the assessment of prospective purchasers and taking all appropriate Covid precautions on viewings.
My main contacts, Janet and Jenna, were always quick to provide viewing feedback and to respond to phone calls and emails. Janet regularly pursued progress on the sale with the purchaser and Solicitors and I was kept informed of progress of the sale.
I was totally happy with the service, there was a genuine wish to provide an excellent service and, without any reservation, I recommend the Company to other people.
