I've bought, sold and rented through McKinlays and I can't speak highly enough of everything they did for me each time. Debra, Lucy and Sue were patient and supportive throughout the processes and would always be in touch when they had new information, proactively chasing the various parties to keep things moving along. Although buying & selling can be quite stressful the team looked after me and made it as pain free as they could. I would recommend McKinlays and will use them again in the not too distant future.... We have been both landlords letting through Mckinlays in Taunton for nearly 3years and have now sold our house through them. Nick and Rachel have always been extremely professional and responsive to our concerns and needs during the letting period and we have felt confident in their hands. We were first time buyers when we bought our property through McKinlays nearly 8 years ago. Debra and the team were excellent and we had no hesitation in using McKinlays to sell our property with. Our sale took 9 long months from accepting the offer to completing, due to the buyer having four different solicitors, which was highly frustrating to say the least. Debra kept us informed at all times what was happening, liaising frequently with our own solicitor and purchaser.
