McKinlays did a wonderful job. After another Estate Agent failed to find a buyer for a whole year, McKinlays gave great advice on how to better present then property. They also took seriously good photos and found a buyer without delay.

I have just sold my house in Taunton and used McKinleys to help sell the property.
From the initial consultation to the completion date the team were very helpful, professional and easy to contact. They kept me up to date with all viewings, which were accompanied by one of the team. Special thanks to Victoria for all her help with the sale.

I first met McKinlays (Taunton office) when I viewed a property being marketed by them in Illminster. I explained to Nick that I was selling my leasehold flat near Taunton, and he was quick to recommend their services, owing to their success in selling other flats in my area.
From the first visit by Victoria to assess my needs regarding my sale, and going forward, finding a suitable property, I found her extremely empathic, patient, and professional, with a thoroughly pleasant and confidence inspiring manner.
After only a brief amount of time marketing my flat, their agency generated more viewings in two months, than I had experienced in a year, previously, with a Wellington based estate agent. This was, in essence, down to Victoria’s design of my sales listing , with excellent photographs.
I had the misfortune of encountering a far less professional and efficient service by my buyers solicitor, who was severely testing my own solicitors patience, and Victoria was amazing in helping to unclog seemingly unnecessary and inefficient legal delays, and keeping me informed.
I would highly recommend McKinlays, based on my personal experience, for their tenacity and focus in selling my leasehold flat. I only met and spoke with Nick a few times, but I dealt with Victoria most of the time, and I am indebted to her for looking after me so well.

When I attended a viewing they were really attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
The buying process was agonisingly slow (nothing to do with them), McKinlays helped whenever they could and their patient support sped up the process and helped complete the sale.
I really highly recommend them. They're very skilled, efficent and genuinely caring.
