We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed.
Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us.
We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

The reason I would only ever use Mitchells estate agents is because of Ben. He heads up a fantastic team of people who make the office a friendly and fun place to engage with. Ben sold my father's house about 5 years ago and at a time that was difficult and sad for us, he effortlessly took on all the issues and sorted everything out. He has just sold my Aunt's house and again I felt I didn't have to worry about a thing. He is, without doubt, incredibly competent, has infinite knowledge of the market and works hard to smooth the sale from start to finish. He is kind and approachable and always has time to ensure that everything is done with integrity and honesty.

I had an excellent experience with Ben, the estate agent who helped us secure our new home. The entire purchasing process was very complex and often complicated, due to a series of legal hurdles and unexpected obstacles. But Ben’s deep knowledge of the market, combined with his vast experience, relentless perseverance, and calm professionalism, kept us moving forward. After a lengthy journey, we were finally able to secure the house we truly wanted. I can’t thank him enough, and I would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a complex purchase.

I would highly recommend Mitchell’s Estate Agents Highcliffe . Matt was fantastic throughout — not only efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly and approachable.
He was always happy to help, no matter the question, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a huge difference. His experience really showed, and he made the whole process feel far less stressful. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without him.
The photos they took of my house were absolutely amazing and really showed it at its best, which made a big impact. Matt and Kalise handled all the viewings smoothly and kept everything running seamlessly.
Kalise was also brilliant — very friendly and carried out viewings to a high standard. A special mention to Ben and Paul, the owners, who were both very supportive and clearly had my best interests at heart throughout. Sarah was excellent as well, handling all the paperwork seamlessly and keeping everything well organised and straightforward.
A fantastic team and excellent service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
