Our sale journey hasn't been totally without its setbacks. However, the whole team at Mitchells has been outstanding in every respect.
Ben in particular has been our rock. We received sound advice during the early stages of sale and the promotional brochure was first class. All the viewings were handled by the Mitchells team in the totally professional manner. They were very quick to react to a change of buyer and we were kept fully informed at all times.
The office reception staff were not only very pleasant, but were extremely efficient. All messages were acknowledged & responded to in rapid time.

We had a fantastic experience with Mitchells. After spending a significant amount of time unsuccessfully looking for properties with other estate agents, we were thankfully recommended Mitchells. They clearly understood what we were looking for in a property, as the first property they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Ben, our point of contact at Mitchells was communicative, transparent, informative and supportive, and guided us through the process from having our offer accepted on said property, liaising with the vendor, right through to exchange of contracts. I honestly don't know if we could have done it without him... certainly not as efficiently nor as smoothly. Therefore I heartily recommend Mitchells Estate Agents, and I would for sure use them again myself in future if the time comes to sell up and look for another home.
