Local knowledge and sales expertise is essential when either selling or buying a property and Molyneux certainly have this in abundance. The team kept us up to date with viewings and provided feedback following each viewing which we feel is so important as you can then gauge what a potential buyer is looking for in a property. Also a special big thank you to George who definitely went over and above with the sale of our house.

I used the Wrexham branch to sell. George and his friendly team were great throughout. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are very approachable. There were issues in the process, but they handled them professionally, always coming up with a way to solve a problem.
If you're thinking of selling your place, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
