Used Molyneux to sell and purchase. We found the service exceptional. Nothing was any trouble and they were happy to answer ALL of my questions. All the staff are fantastic, from the photographs and promotion of our house going up for sale. (Sold within a week!) Right through to the completion and us collecting keys to our new home. Will definitely use them again without hesitation - if we sell /buy in the future. Thank you!

They offer a great service for both sellers and buyers. They were very responsive to emails and helped liaise with sellers/ solicitors effectively. This helped keep everything on track and made sure we completed to the deadline we were aiming for.

Agent Kayliegh Jones Assistant Manager of beresford adams Rhyl branch done a great job selling our property very swiftly,
These agents seem to have the upper hand having a list of awaiting clients they contact for you to view your property, rather than waiting for clients to come to them which has helped bring early interest to our particular property which was sold in a matter of weeks at the price we expected.
We as property developers use beresford Adams for all of our properties because they always get results in good time.
