I've worked with this estate agents twice. One about 10 years ago as a first buyer and very recently as a rental. The women on the office are amazing. They have the time and patience for their customers and they are realistic with property values, which can be rare in Flintshire these days. We even got a little package to congratulate us on our mew house.

Very highly recommended, efficient, courteous ,friendly , approachable and very helpful in the sale of my home . Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again.
