Everyone I dealt with from start to finish on completion were friendly, highly professional and maintained regular contact with me throughout. The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property.
I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. I am thankful I chose them .

Unprofessional criticising another agent which I wanted to go with as they were ineffective over a 16 week period I had two viewings the last viewing agent allowed half an hour but was 15 minutes late for the appointment and therefore handed over the viewing to us. The agent has never been to the house so didn’t know the house, when speaking to the manager, she became aggressive

Promise the Earth do not fulfil their promise, passive aggressive lock you into a long-term contract, and when you’re unhappy will not release you from that contract. Our final experience was after we complained. Suddenly Aviva appeared, but was shown round by somebody that had never seen the property had to leave after 20 minutes, leaving us to do the rest of the work, when complained, they argued back, do not recommend them at all

Lorraine was absolutely fantastic. Having spent months searching for a property to rent with an endless string of estate agents,Lorraine just took my breath away. She was friendly and understanding, helpful but not pushy and she had a really kind and supportive approach. She had everything tied up in a couple of days and made the whole experience a happy one.
