What an incredibly rude lady the admin Absolutely shocking level of customer service. I called last week regarding the commercial property on Oakham High Street, which I believe was previously Northern Cobbler, as I was genuinely interested in taking the unit.<br><br>I spoke to the admin lady, whose name I believe was Caroline or Castine, and was told she would pass my details on to Scott, who apparently deals with the property. Fair enough. I waited the entire day expecting a call but nothing.<br><br>I called again the following morning and was then told to send an email instead. I sent the email as requested and waited patiently for 4–5 days. Again, absolutely nothing. Not even a basic acknowledgement.<br><br>So I called again today, only to now be told that I should have mentioned Scott in the email. Brilliant — perhaps telling me that when I was specifically instructed to email in the first place might have been useful?<br><br>The most frustrating part is the attitude every time you call. The conversation feels like a race to get you off the phone as quickly as humanly possible. Very dismissive, very rushed and generally gives the impression that your enquiry is an inconvenience rather than someone genuinely interested in renting one of the properties they’re advertising.
