We bought a house with Murray in March and found them really excellent; friendly, helpful and on the button!
The house we’d bought needed a lot of work, so we delayed selling our current home.
We opted for Murray to help us sell it a few on the later - it seemed the obvious thing to do and they have marked the property extremely well.
We accepted an offer on it after 3.5 weeks which is pretty good going in this slightly sluggish housing market.
They definitely deserve the 5 stars. Thank you to all the team at Murray Estate Agent, OAKHAM. ????????????

Murrays in Oakham helped my mum and I sell 3 houses in the area.
Julia, in particular, was efficient, prompt, polite, helpful and diligent. She kept us constantly updated throughout the sometimes long process, always with good humour.
We would recommend Murrays, Oakham if you are looking to sell or buy in the area.

Murrays know the Oakham area well. The team are easy to contact. and courteous. Viewings are arranged promptly and the staff that show one around are helpful - though they did not always know about access to odd corners like garage, loft, garden shed. My impression is that Murrays value properties rather higher than other estate agents, and above local going rates - which could be good or bad depending on how you look at it.
