Came out to value our property 3 weeks ago. Did not seem knowledgeable about values in our area but was complementary about our property Promised to email us with their proposal and we are still waiting. Decided to get someone more professional.

I found as a first time buyer some estate agents can speak down to you and be a bit patronising. Need2view were so helpful in assisting me to find my first home and all the way along were updating me and reassuring me throughout the process. I have recommended to all my friends for when they start looking to get in touch with you!

I was looking to buy a property from them. They refused to put in written (in an email) that my offer was accepted. While continuing to try and sell me other services (but I was using external.) When I didn’t given in the buyer conveniently withdraw. I also received a lovely patronising phone explaining to me how mortgage advisors work.
