The sale of my mothers house has just finalised today. Our sale was through Need To View, it was almost a seamless procedure, a couple of bumps along the way, but nothing to do with the company.
The staff knew from the start the situation myself & my brother were in with regards to the sale and were empathetic and compassionate throughout the whole process.
I am not aware as to whether they are the cheapest in our area, however, whatever they are charging its been worth it knowing that the sale was in safe hands.
Would & will thoroughly recommend.

Recently had dealings with Graham and frankly wouldn't want anything more to do with them. Caveat emptor buyer beware. Had to ask my solicitor to get my deposit back as was mis sold. Thankfully I got my £5k back. Would not recommend buying through this company and pay attention to the small print!!

Having used Need2view for the sale of my late granddad’s property a few years ago I got back in touch when needing my own property sorted! Jerome came out and valued the house and we achieved the figure advertised! All emails and communications were dealt with super efficiently from the girls in the office keeping me in the loop at all times! Thank you Jerome, Graham and the team!

I was referred to Need 2 View by a family friend and have to say, I did not question the service, dedication, understanding and genuine support I got from Graham and the team at any point. We sold through the tough circumstances of a bereavement and not once did we need to chase or push in anyway. From the initial stages of valuation to the end on completion day, it felt like I was the only customer. I would highly recommend Need 2 View, the value and service you get at a competitive price makes it a waste of time looking anywhere else!
