Great company they were always there when you needed help with everything. Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. We just got the keys for our new rented home and we couldn't be more pleased with the service of Need2View, in particular, Natasha and Jerome. From the beginning their communication with us has been great and the entire application process went so fast we've managed to start moving in within 2 weeks! They even installed a shower screen to one of the bathrooms after us expressing concern and got it all sorted within a few days. The sale of my mothers house has just finalised today. Our sale was through Need To View, it was almost a seamless procedure, a couple of bumps along the way, but nothing to do with the company. The staff knew from the start the situation myself & my brother were in with regards to the sale and were empathetic and compassionate throughout the whole process. I am not aware as to whether they are the cheapest in our area, however, whatever they are charging its been worth it knowing that the sale was in safe hands. Would & will thoroughly recommend....
