The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. I seriously advise to avoid them. I was unlucky to rent a property through them recently. During my viewing I was promised that the property was going to be painted and decorated. Problems started from the first day. No work was done, property was in a shocking state. They left rubbish in the house which i had to remove. Toilet was broken, bath panel was broken dangerously with sharp bits sticking up, carpets in toilet smelled really badly, oven was dirty and smelled, old cans with food under the kitchens cupboards, stains on the walls, the worst nightmare you can imagine. Very difficult to get any support during my tenancy. I had to pay for painting, decorating and putting new carpets or laminated flooring in each room. In the end of my tenancy they would do anything to keep your deposit. They would put on inventory things that aren't the true and want you to sign it. They are intimidating over the phone and in person. They tried to arrange viewings month before I was going to move out and did not care about the pandemic. They tried to make me to accept trips to my house every other day lasting a few hours each day. I had moved out over a week before my tenancy ended so they had empty property to show to people but it was not good enough for them. I could go on and on... Definitely NOT recommended.

Absolutely shocking estate agent! Would not recommend, they are not helpful at all and after having to chase all week they send a text saying I couldn’t rent a property! I couldnt get through to book a viewing so has to knock on the property and go through the landlord! So unprofessional and shocking customer service. Graham spoke to the lady who was ‘in charge’ of the rental for a property and didn’t even put me on hold so I could hear the entire conversation about me. When he came back on the phone he lied as to what was said and then sent a text fobbing me off! Quick to take a deposit as they state in their email that you must pay one straight away and then nothing all week! DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS

Need2view manage a local property for me. They are good at balancing the needs of both the tennant and the Landlord. Any maintenance or repair work is pre checked with me prior to starting and completed at a fair rate. I always feel that they treat repair work and my property as if its their own. All of their staff are reliable and have good instincts, which I have learnt to trust.

Really bad experience as a first time buyer, not given good info of how the buying process works and left me to suffer. Very terrible customer service. They gave me certificates after the payment and see lots of mistakes, a very crafty business with no customer services. Be very careful of them.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. At the initial move in the agents was 3 hours late, wanted to rush through the inventory and for us to sign for things that clearly wasn't present. The property was in a terrible condition even though we were assured that all of the outstanding jobs would be completed and the house cleaned throughly, none of which were carried out.
During the tenancy we would report faults with the property, if you rang they would deny you had spoken to them and emails were ignored for weeks at a time. They let the gas safe certificate expired and then we had to liaise with the engineer to rectify this.
On the final inspection the agent was more interested in what he could deduct from our deposit than actually checking the property and rectifying the faults.
In general the company are lazy and rude, with little interest in sorting out problems but when it comes to them getting money they become the most pro action estate agent you could imagine.
