I recently sold two properties in Edinburgh and Loanhead and bought a third all around the same time.<br>This is probably the seventh property transaction that I have conducted over the years and, if anything, the recent ones went even more smoothly than the previous ones.<br>Kim and the rest of the team are really on the ball and will generally reply to any queries very quickly.<br>I hope this move will be my last but, if not, I would definitely use Neilson's again. I am very happy to give them the five stars they deserve. Thank you.

We are in the process of selling our house with Neilsons and are enjoying a smooth and professional experience. Lewis was brilliant in the first instance with getting our house ready for sale. So friendly and helpful. Then Suzie Steenkamp delivered an efficient and professional service, finalising getting it on the market. For the nail-biting offer process, Eileen Henderson made it all simple. She truly had our best interests in mind. We are now finalising with Susan and Samantha who are making it all very easy and smooth for us. Overrall an excellent choice for buying and selling. We will definitely go back to Neilsons if we move house in the future.

Neilsons have always been my go to estate agent. The staff, both with the sale of my property, and the purchase of the new property, were proactive every step of the way, often going above and beyond my expectations. Moving house is already an extremely stressful experience but the staff at Neilsons try to reduce that where they can.<br>I cannot recommend them enough.
