So far our experience has been really good. We have had constant updates by email or phone calls, Eileen and the rest of the team have been brilliant & informative, and the initial set up was handled perfectly.
We are now moving to the final stages of accepting the offer.

From a sellers point of you - A superb and seamless experience from start to finish.
I can’t praise Neilsons highly enough for the outstanding service they provided for my mum. Every stage was clearly communicated and progressed smoothly, like clockwork! From the very first point of contact through to the surveyor, photographer, valuer, listing the flat and arranging viewings and conveyancing, everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, knowledgable, very efficient and helpful throughout.
Many thanks to the entire team at Neilsons and especially to Megan and Eileen for adding such a thoughtful, personal touch.
