Neilsons made the whole selling process so straightforward for me and I had no anxiety whatsoever about what can be a very stressful business. From start to finish, they kept me updated, and informed me of what I needed to do at every stage. I liked the fact that I did not need to spend a thing until the whole transaction had been completed. I would use Neilsons again and recommend them to everyone who is selling or buying a house.

I worked with Diane Yates a paralegal solicitor at Neilsons firm and Linda Gill her assistant who was incredibly helpful. I found both of them highly proficient, reliable and extremely resourceful in assisting me in finding the best Buy To Let property to purchase first in Edinburgh in 2018 with Diane and recently in Glasgow and Aberdeen. They both worked tirelessly in offering me useful analysis on what property would be viable and would generate the best investment. They were both quite patient in offering analysis on quite competitive price offers, and generating good background statistics of viable buy to let properties. There was a lot of bidding to be done which was carried out diligently and professionally meeting required time scales. The above assistance they offered me allowed me to purchase the best priced property with the best rental income. I will not hesitate to highly recommend them as a firm who will go over and beyond to please their clients and always making me feel very welcomed and reassured.

I cannot recommend Neilsons at South Queensferry highly enough.
Claire Corrieri and the team have been fantastic at every step of my journey with them. As a result of a seperation I had a house to sell and a new home to find, the team were with me every step of the way providing excellent support and guidance.
The communication from the team was first class, making sure I was kept informed of any progress with my sale and purchase. They are great at making things clear and easy to understand so that I could make informed choices.
I'm now settled in my new home and I couldn't be happier. I'm so grateful to Claire and the team for all their efforts.

Our daughter sold her flat in Edinburgh through Neilsons and, and as a result of her good experience, recommended them to us as we needed a solicitor in order to buy a house. Our experience was fantastic. Clear guidance and communication, everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend.
