Would highly recommend Neilsons when selling your property. It has been so smooth sailing and I have been kept updated throughout the whole process. It really felt like a well ouled machine! No questions were too much trouble and everything was explained clearly. Special mention has to go to Kirsten the property sales negotiator that I dealt with. She gave sound advice, explained every step of the process clearly and I genuinely felt that she had my best interests at heart during the very quick process of selling my home. Would definitely use Neilsons again in the future!

I was nervous about selling my mum's house as it was over 20 years since I had been involved in the property market. The staff at Neilsons were professional, helpful and responsive from the beginning. We had many viewings and they phoned and emailed me promptly. A special thanks to Kirsten Olverman who was always available to respond to emails or phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. A friendly and dedicated voice on the end of the line. The house was sold within 9 days and she provided excellent advice regarding the house sale! Thank you!

After having spoken with a few different agencies, we chose Neilson's to market our house based on their approach and recommendations from a couple of friends. From our initial meeting with David we have been delighted with the service and help we've had from all of their team. The photographers were excellent and showed our beautiful home off to its best advantage. We're convinced that the very professional, online brochure has helped attract quality, prospective purchasers. Eileen has been a great sales negotiator and has provided excellent feedback to us at each step of the way. Our house has achieved an excellent price after less than two weeks on the market and Neilsons have made the journey as smooth as possible for us. We have nothing but praise for the people there and the standard of service they provide.

A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer.
