Many thanks to the Neilsons’ team for the successful sale of my mum’s property. From the initial contact through to marketing, sales negotiations and conveyancing they provided a very impressive, value for money service. Particular thanks must go to Diane for her determination and persistence to keep on top of the purchasers’ solicitors to ensure a positive outcome.
I would have no hesitation in using Neilsons again for any future property transactions.

So far our experience has been really good. We have had constant updates by email or phone calls, Eileen and the rest of the team have been brilliant & informative, and the initial set up was handled perfectly.
We are now moving to the final stages of accepting the offer.
Just to add to the review. Today is when everything is finally exchanging, and the new owners take the house.
The process from Neilsons has been flawless, and i would highly recommend them when selling or
buying a house.

Don't use their services a few years ago we bought a property that was being advertised with a front and back garden when we viewed the property their kids were playing in the back garden when surveyors surveyed the place they valued property with back garden , you'd think that a solicitor would have picked this up turned out the back garden was staged as theirs but it wasn't theirs to sell so we lost £5000 worth of land
What's the point of paying people to check things through for you

Her responsiveness (even when out of office / out of usual hours), attention to detail, knowledge and expertise made what could have been a stressful time a lot less worrying - a huge thank you to her, and Danielle, for their kind support and 10/10 service.
