I cannot recommend Harvey, Cindy and the team at Nicol Estate agents highly enough. They kept us updated at every point throughout the process from the appraisal, through the home report process, getting the property on the market, viewings, feedback and the closing date process. Once we accepted an offer on the property Cindy kept in touch with our solicitor to ensure the sale completed. The team at Nicols made a very stressful process calm, smooth and as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my home!

Amazing service from Douglas, Ruth and everyone at Nicol.
Sold at closing date within a week. They achieved way over what we expected. Can’t recommend them enough. Karen even had a coffee and toastie ready for me to go through the offers with Ruth.
Ruth explained everything I needed to know and the steps from there to completion.
They say selling a house is stressful. Certainly is not at Nicol.

Our experience with Nicol Estate Agents was wonderful, and it well exceeded our expectations. The journey started with Cindy taking the call and explaining what we would need to know without bombardment of other things we don't need to know at that stage, no over the top self promoting, but just facts, also giving the required time for the conversation in an unrushed manner. This first well balanced and helpful communication was so crucial to decide to go ahead with Nicol. Then followed a visit from David, a gentleman who gave very helpful and honest advice on preparing the property for the market. Once the property came on the market, Gaye took over as the motivational and inspirational spirit that she is. We all know selling and buying a house is stressful, but her words still echo with us, "we are in this together", "be positive". It is hard to forget the conversations and advice from the ever lively and entertaining Ruth. From a colleague we found out she took it on herself to do the viewing for a prospective buyer, to familiarise with the property and offer advice if applicable. Well, our luck changed after she entered our property. The house got an offer. The journey then ended with Cindy, who done the viewing for the property we finally moved into, giving very useful advice, again. We are impressed with the seamless handovers between all the above team members we dealt with, and it is humbling to comment that they are not competing against each other and have a common goal, which is us, the client. We made the right choice. We congratulate Douglas and Karen for having such a lovely team. Thank you, and warmest regards.
