Jess at the Billingham branch was nothing but helpful the entire way through the process. I was kept up to date about everything without even needing to ask and after I had got my keys she continued to be extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions I had! Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a let to be nearer family and as a very picky person it was not proving to be easy. One phone call to Northgate made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands, Jess was our 'on the ground' contact, Gary sorted the IT nuts and bolts and the whole thing has been painless and a delight. Our previous experiences had not been good so I couldn't be happier to have found Northgate and the Billingham team.

Very professional service throughout the entire process. Property sold within a week of going to market Helped us navigate through the many trials and tribulations associated with the well below average solicitor performance and got us across the line. Can certainly recommend using them. Jess and Hayley in particular were very helpful and kept us on track.

Our property had been up for sale with Northgate for nearly a year and no negotiations. Northgate did not sell my property , I have changed to another estate agent .
