Jess at Northgate was absolutely amazing, she helped us every step of the way in buying our first home. I was very unsure of the full end to end process and at what stages I should be doing things, after expressing this concern to Jess she provided a very helpful buyer's guide that she had put together which made things much simpler and easier for us. Jess also went above and beyond, checking in regularly and even conducting a viewing for us after her work hours to ensure we could view the home we were sure we wanted. She relentlessly chased solicitors on both sides and helped us push them to get the completion date we needed. She's even made herself available to help with any queries after the purchase of the house. Northgate have been great and Jess' knowledge and advice has been invaluable to us. Northgate Estate Agents have been both the Letting Agents for my property for the past 17 years, and most recently, the Estate Agents for selling my property. All staff that I have spoken to have been incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to mention Jess Hope who was our main point of contact during the sale. She was absolutely excellent throughout - hugely professional yet friendly, efficient and very effective.
