From day 1 we received the customer care we were promised. Our house sold within 2 days of being on the market by taking on board the advice given and we equally found our new home as quickly.
Everything went so smoothly with no hiccups at all.
The communication between us and North gates was second to none and we appreciated all the time given when we wanted to view our new property on numerous occasions. The property was unoccupied so Jess kindly took her time to let us view the house and measure up etc as and when we needed to.
We would both highly recommend North gates to anyone buying or selling a property.
The write ups and photos for our house sale were fantastic and we have nothing but positive to say about our whole experience.

What can I say? Katy is simply brilliant at everything she does! The buying process can occasionally feel a bit chaotic, but Katy is always by my side, providing unflagging support. Her energy and the positive way she tackles any issue is truly exceptional.
We hadn't had the opportunity to meet in person for quite a while before our recent house viewing, but every time she replied to my emails, I felt relaxed, happy, and confident that any problem could be resolved quickly, thanks to her proactive approach.

Northgates have been amazing from day one. Lee first came to see our property and he explained their sales procedure and what they could do for us. Their fees are very competitive and they deserve every penny.
Communication is fantastic, the whole team are on the ball so if someone is not in the office it’s not a problem. They are quick to respond to queries and nothing is a bother to them. Completion day was long and stressful for us but the team were at the end of the phone throughout the day (and after office hours) to deal with any issues and support us.
We highly recommend Northgates to anyone buying/selling/renting.
