Our property search has been challenging and lengthy and I have dealt with various estate agents in Colchester but I have to give full credit to Sophie Jorge at Palmer and Partners. She is forever the professional. Nothing is too much trouble and her communication is excellent.
Her helpful, friendly and polite manner makes the process from start to finish so much easier. We successfully secured a property that Sophie showed us around and picked up the keys a couple of weeks ago!

Marketed the property well took time and effort to put as much detail as possible into the sale. A little unlucky that we sold and the sale fell through due to a break in the chain we were in. A little disappointed in footfall of viewings.

Although p&p didn't sell our home (we had 2 agents simultaneously) they were faultless. Its partly luck of the draw who gets the sale isn't it. But overall their communication, costs, efficiency and no. of viewings were higher and I was rooting for them to be the end agent. Very positive experience.
