We decided to instruct Palmers & Partners after our property had been on the market with another estate agent for some time. From the outset, they delivered on everything they promised with professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication.
The photography and marketing materials were outstanding and a significant improvement on what we had received previously. Their marketing strategy was clear, well thought out, and gave us confidence that our property was being presented in the best possible way.
The results spoke for themselves — our property sold after only a handful of viewings. In fact, we had more viewings in the first few days with Palmers & Partners than we had received in months with our previous agent.
Once the offer was agreed, we were handed over to their sales progressor, who was fantastic throughout the process. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt informed, supported, and reassured. The wider team were equally friendly, responsive, and quick to act whenever messages needed to be passed on or questions answered.

We just bought our first house and had a fantastic experience with Palmer & Partners. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. We would especially like to mention Grace, who was always keeping us up to date with the progress and was always very quick to provide answers to any of our queries. I would definitely recommend Palmer & Partners to anyone who is buying or selling a property.
