Very polite and knowledgeable. The only downside is that there wasn’t as much communication as some other agents ie. They will call when necessary but won’t update you each week with how things are going (for some people this might be a benefit). Otherwise, I was happy with everything else and would recommend :)

I would like to say a massive thank you to Sophie and Eva, until recently I rented my house through palmers and felt very supported from when I moved in until I moved out, both ladies we very friendly, professional and very honest, I have had a good experience with palmers, Sophie and Eva are a credit to your company.

We just completed on the sale of our property via Palmer & Partners and were very impressed by the service levels received. From Alfie taking great pictures with a super write up, to all the chaps in the office arranging viewings and providing feedback. Diane was wonderful showing people over and answered any questions viewers had. We felt in safe hands during a stressful period and the team went above and beyond to ensure we completed without a hitch. Would highly recommend them.

Marketed the property well took time and effort to put as much detail as possible into the sale. A little unlucky that we sold and the sale fell through due to a break in the chain we were in. A little disappointed in footfall of viewings.

Thoroughly pleased with the service. The right buyer with the right price put in his offer within 48 hours of the house going on the market.
Terrific level of communication from the agent to ourselves so we had the minimum of worry.
