We have just sold & purchased through Palmer & Partners. We sold in two days, the photos taken of our property & how it was marketed was excellent. From start to finish communication, professionalism & support were there. The entire team are all informed/aware of your position no matter who you speak to. We were very impressed with all the team but must mention<br>Ollie Findley & Alfie Humpries who were instrumental to our sale & purchase, thanks for all your help guys.<br>The solicitor they recommended Cunningtons were outstanding too.

I was introduced to Palmer & Partners, through my daughter, who had seen a property on Rightmove. Having made contact with the agency, that first call I made to them, I felt comfortable and assured with any questions I might ask. I spoke to Maddie,<br>who was very friendly, patience with me. This was my first time contacting agency.<br><br>Through out the whole process of going through private renting, which for me first time doing this at my age moving from London to Colchester.<br><br>Maddie she has literally made the whole process not complicated and was always keeping me updated with any questions or concerns I had. We have just completed a sale and purchase through Palmer & Partners. Alfie Foster came thoroughly prepared for our valuation and did a great job negotiating with our buyer. Alfie Humphries was proactive and supportive throughout, and was instrumental in showing us a house that hadn't even come onto the market yet. We viewed it on the same day we accepted an offer on our flat and ended up buying it. Grace, our sales progressor, kept everything moving with urgency and ensured both our sale and purchase progressed smoothly through to exchange and completion. The solicitors they recommended were also exceptional. A truly professional, proactive, and dedicated team that we would highly recommend.
