Having decided to make the more from Sussex to Wales we had the pleasure of falling into the hands of Heather and her team. We literally wouldn’t have been able to do this without her help and expertise. Heather was always on hand to help with any questions we had and it made the process a lot easier. The team at Parrys made our first experience of buying a house such a smooth process.
Everyone was incredibly informative and friendly over the phone; if a member was unavailable to chat they would always get back to us by the end of the same day.
Karl Pendry was absolutely wonderful and (virtually) held our hands through the entire process. His communication was excellent and kept us in the loop if there were any bumps along the way.
He was also calm, patient and listened to any problems we had and queries that we raised. As a first time buyer, I don’t have much to compare to but considering buying property is such a huge commitment, Parrys made us feel at ease. We cannot thank them enough and can’t wait to start this new chapter of our lives in Wales!
