Not 1 viewing in 5 months could have reduced price as mortgage rates high at time we advertised but will try a gain next year with new agent

Discussed and amended our listing for an unauthorised 3rd party to make changes to my account without even telling me. Took a box of chocolates in payment lied about why they made the amendment. Would not recommend. Cancelled and waiting for our new agent to put us online with full proper pictures which we didn't have for the just over 2 weeks we were with them. Avoid for all services they were very rude to us when they should have apologised. They have too much work to care.

Richard gave a valuation, explaining every point needed, & gave good advice. Ebony took us to view some properties, very helpful & professional. All contact with Paul Fox staff has been a positive experience.
