Great communication and truly excellent customer service throughout. Jane, in particular, was outstanding. I was extremely stressed at times with the process and the issues that needed addressing, but she kept me fully in the loop and was always proactive in liaising with the seller and solicitors. Her updates and reassurance really helped to ease my anxieties. Hannah was also fantastic and, in Jane’s absence, always went the extra mile to ensure everything continued to run smoothly. I recently sold my house (twice) with Paul Graham and could not be more impressed. From the first moment they were on point, great photos, brochure, lots of viewings. My first sale fell through as my wife and I took quite a while to find causing our buyer to withdraw, but Lisa and the team had us back under offer in under a week…! The communication and feedback was superb, we had feedback after every viewing along with a weekly call with a general market update. I was then handed over to their amazing dedicated Sales Progressor Jacqui who managed our sale and expertly navigated a long complex chain for nearly nine months. It almost fell apart several times and I’m convinced without Jacqui’s vast experience and expertise, it definitely would have. Paul Graham have been brilliant to deal with for the sale of my dads property. My experience was complicated as I live some 600 miles away but they were incredibly empathetic and helpful. They popped to the house when I needed them to and facilitated access for any visits by prospective buyers and workmen. Would highly recommend them.... Read more
