The service provided was extremely professional. As vendors we were experienced in selling homes, however, our purchaser was a first time buyer. I arrived at first viewing on the wrong day, Lisa came out to to open and present property anyway. A second viewing was arranged quickly and Paul Graham arranged further access for my builders with no hold ups.<br>Jacqui phoned to introduce herself and was an amazing support for me for the very long period of time it took to settle the sale. Phoning legal teams, chasing up reports and keeping me in the loop.<br>They were absolute angels couldn't have got through this without them. Thank you Ladies!

Paul Graham were excellent throughout the process, from the first valuation to the sale, they communicated with me regularly, sorted quotes when needed and made the whole process run smoothly. We can't speak highly enough of the team at Paul Graham Wallington. From our first conversation with them through viewings, offer, exchange, completion and beyond we felt we had made the right choice of agent. Their communication was great, and they were never too busy to talk through what was happening.<br><br>They bring huge experience of the local market, which meant they knew who would be interested in the property we were selling. At the same time, they got to know what we were looking for and within days of us accepting an offer had taken us to see the property we ultimately bought.<br><br>Moving house can be stressful at the best of times, but it was made so much easier by Paul Graham’s consistent professionalism and expertise. But what stood out most was that they took time to understand us as a family, not just another property to sell. We very much recommend the team at Paul Graham if you are thinking of moving.

We couldn’t recommend Paul Graham highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole team were fantastic, professional, responsive and genuinely invested in getting our move over the line.<br><br>Like many house moves, ours wasn’t completely straightforward, and we had a particularly stressful moment late in the process when it looked like our sale might fall through. The team were absolutely brilliant. They acted incredibly quickly, kept communication moving between everyone and worked with us to find a way forward. Within days, everything was back on track and we were able to exchange and secure our new home.<br><br>What really stood out was that we always felt we had people on our side who genuinely cared about the outcome, rather than simply managing a transaction. Jane was fantastic at keeping everything progressing and communicating throughout, and the wider team were always there when we needed them.<br><br>We’re so grateful to the whole team at Paul Graham for helping us get there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We used Paul Graham to sell our 2-bed flat, completing in April 2026.<br><br>We came to Paul Graham as our third estate agent, having used 2 other firms locally without any success.<br><br>Cannot recommend them highly enough. We wish we’d gone with Paul Graham from the outset.<br><br>No underhanded sales tactics, great organisation and constant communication. An all round professional outfit who have years of knowledge and experience in dealing with property sales and the highs and lows within the process that comes with it.<br><br>After accepting an offer, PG’s Sales Progression Manager, Jacqui, kept on top of both parties’ solicitors, and our buyer, to ensure any issues were resolved as quickly as possible - her tenacity was invaluable against a backdrop of a tricky buyer and even worse conveyancer, and ensured the transaction stayed on track and didn’t fall through.<br><br>Can’t thank them enough, and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
