They were so lovely throughout, from the first viewing they were down to earth, honest and seemed to really care. When we began thinking about selling our house, we wanted a more independent estate agent which wasn't part of a major chain. Paul Graham seemed to fit the bill, and as soon as Lisa came to do our valuation, we knew we were dealing with a very knowledgeable and professional team, who soon knew us all by name and gave us great service.
Our sales journey was far from smooth, but Lisa Greg and Jacqui kept us informed throughout, and made us feel very supported.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the whole team at the Wallington office, and wish them continued success, they deserve it!

Paul Graham were great- friendly agents who were knowledgeable about the local area and transparent from the start about our property value and what we could expect based on recent market activity. Good communication throughout and the sales progressor, Jane, did a lot to help keep things moving in our chain. We also appreciated that they didn't try to sell extra services to us that we didn't ask for, such as mortgage advisors etc.

The way of their business conduct is not ethical. I do not recommend. I had a feeling that the seller whose property is in Graham's Estate seems hiding something and the Graham's Estate is helping them on this.
