Having rented an apartment from Peter Clarke for six years I've found them incredibly easy to deal with. In particular Emma, who looked after my account from start to finish, she has been absolutely amazing in every aspect of coordination and bridge negotiation with the landlord. I found all staff very amenable, but Emma is a DIAMOND ????!

Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.
