We used Peter Clarke in Shipston on Stour to sell our Grade II Listed property earlier on this year. The sale was far from simple but we very much felt like Peter Clarke were with us every step of the way. Sally, Kim and Sophie were particularly great and always a phone call away. They were very empathetic when it came to discussing the stresses of our sale, which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend them!

Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.
