They made the procedure really easy, they are so helpful and thoughtful and were more than happy to help in any way they could. I have been updated all the way along the line and any queries I did have were dealt with promptly and answers provided without me chasing. Kerry and the team at Peter Clarke Wellesbourne are outstanding. Communication has been faultless from the first meeting and valuation, through to the day of completion.
After every viewing we received immediate feedback and the team were brilliant at following up with everyone who viewed.
When it came to receiving offers, the team checked the entire chain promptly to ensure everyone was proceedable - this saved us some valuable time when one offer was found to be from a collapsed chain that the person was unaware of!
Then, when the solicitors got involved, Kerry and the team have been fantastic at driving through the sale and keeping us updated on progress through the chain and supporting us in dealing with queries raised.
I've already recommended the team to a neighbour who was unhappy with their last agent and they have now secured a sale using Peter Clarke Wellesbourne.

Peter Clarke in Wellesbourne handled the sale of my father’s bungalow, and it was a pleasure to deal with Harry and Mark, who were both extremely efficient and helpful. Responses to my calls and emails were prompt, and I was kept fully informed throughout with the progress of the sale. They worked hard liaising with buyers, solicitors and the other agents in the chain to achieve the planned completion date, despite challenges along the way! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
