Clare and team at Peter Joy could not have been more supportive. Always kind, understanding, efficient, responsive and professional. From Jake's visit to the house we were selling, giving sound advice about how we should present it to our prospective buyers and suggesting a reasonable starting price, through to Rachel, Alison Katie and Clare showing the property to prospective clients.
The feedback on those visits were always sent to us quickly and Clare gave a wonderful service answering our queries and communicating with potential buyers and, ultimately, our buyers.

Clare and Peter Joy estate agents were helpful, professional, reliable, efficient and ethical.They are very knowledgeable about Nailsworth. Employing local independent firms for estate agents , house removals and solicitors has been really worth while.

Excellent service from Clare and her team. Always kept me informed with updates on what turned out to be a protracted complex sale, and they were very proactive when any issues surfaced. Local knowledge and experience was a massive advantage here, with previous experience of selling a non-standard construction house being invaluable. Add in a generous commission fee and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter Joy. Thank you Clare and team.
