From Jake's visit to the house we were selling, giving sound advice about how we should present it to our prospective buyers and suggesting a reasonable starting price, through to Rachel, Alison Katie and Clare showing the property to prospective clients.
The feedback on those visits were always sent to us quickly and Clare gave a wonderful service answering our queries and communicating with potential buyers and, ultimately, our buyers.

Clare and Peter Joy estate agents were helpful, professional, reliable, efficient and ethical.They are very knowledgeable about Nailsworth. Employing local independent firms for estate agents , house removals and solicitors has been really worth while.

Excellent service from Clare and her team. Always kept me informed with updates on what turned out to be a protracted complex sale, and they were very proactive when any issues surfaced. Local knowledge and experience was a massive advantage here, with previous experience of selling a non-standard construction house being invaluable. Add in a generous commission fee and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter Joy. Thank you Clare and team.

We recently (July - October 2023) purchased a house that was listed though Peter Joy and our experience with the Peter Joy team, mostly Clare and Jake, has been nothing short of exceptional. For various reasons we didn’t get to see the property before we bought it, nevertheless the PJ team went out of their way to make things easy for us, with clear, timely communications, video calls from the property and great recommendations for all the service providers needed throughout the purchasing process. I wholeheartedly recommend Peter Joy. If you see Peter Joy as the listing estate agents, rest assured you're in some of the most professional, easy to deal with and friendly hands in the industry.

I would highly recommend Jake and the team at Peter Joy in Nailsworth. I hadn't bought or sold a property for over 30 years and Jake was with me every step of the way from valuation to completion (on both my sale and purchase). He kept me informed with whole way through, offered advice, chivvied when necessary, and kept the show on the road.
