An impressive Estate Agent in Highcliffe, Dorset. We bought our new home through Pettengells, they have gone 'above and beyond' our expectations. Polly was our main contact throughout our purchase, she is excellent and a credit to this Pettengells office, her efficiency, and communication is first class. Polly is professional, friendly and had complete empathy over a 4 month period to help us through the buying process, liaising with our sellers, tradespeople and more! A special mention for Caroline, who is also super efficient, nothing was too much trouble, her helpfulness and courtesy was really appreciated. Our other contact was Simon, a thank you for stepping in to help us too, it was much appreciated. We highly recommend Pettengells.

If you’re looking to buy or sell, I would highly recommend Simon at Pettengells.
Simon is exactly the kind of estate agent you want on your side. When we were searching for our relocation property, he truly left no stone unturned. He regularly contacted us to let us know about properties coming to market and was incredibly proactive throughout the process. In fact, he was the only Highcliffe agent who did this.
What really stood out was how carefully he listened to what we were looking for. Rather than sending us every property available and hoping something would stick, he only shared homes that genuinely matched our criteria.
More agents should take this approach instead of relying solely on Rightmove enquiries.
If we were to sell in the future, we would use Simon in a heartbeat, knowing how thorough, professional, and dedicated he is.

We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.
