Agents who conduct the viewings are engaging, thorough , personable & keen. Office staff are difficult to achieve telephone responses/call backs & after sales service needs improvement as does the accuracy of the information they provide you with when administering a long-winded exchange. Fee's were better than others & at the end of the day, they achieved two buyers for us as the first fell through due to a break in the chain - proof is in the pudding as they say! Would use again but keep more of an eye on the detail & not sit back believing its being monitored.

Due to the job I did before I retired I dealt with a lot of Estate Agents but not in this area. I can honestly say they are very good at what they do. The service they provide is excellent and I would honestly recommend them

Although there are other estate agents in the area who we reached out to, Pettengells (we dealt with Simon & Adrian initially) stood out because of their calm, professional and non-pushy approach. We were very happy for them to help us with the sale of our house, and they were also the agent for the property we were buying. The team in the office are friendly, proactive and care about giving a good customer service. Overall we would highly recommend.

We have been so pleased with Pettengals Highcliffe. Communication and enthusiam has been excellent and never dipped throughout the process. Simon,Polly,Caroline and Adrian have all contributed to ensure our house sale went smoothly from start to completion. Highly recommended.Special mention for Simon who closed the deal.
