There are a lot of estate agents out there wanting to sell your property and a lot of them putting pressure on you to sell with them. I found that Philip Bannister put no I pressure on me when they came to value my property. Time was not an issue when doing the valuation. Everything was done professionally and explained in great detail. The staff are all very polite and extremely helpful when dealing with viewing appointments. The feedback y o u get is excellent even if there is no feedback they inform you that they called and unable to speak to the person who viewed your property. I have also viewed properties through Philip Bannister and again the staff are extremely helpful and professional.
Unknown to me a friend is selling her property and after chatting she is using Philip Bannister and like myself she would highly recommend selling through them. She said that she has used other estate agents and had bad experiences with them, like myself.

We have just purchased a property that Philip Bannister was selling. We found the whole team and experience very efficient and while they represented the seller, they really battled our corner to get things moving! A huge thank you to Sue, Jennie and Nicola :-)

Excellent communication and service from Charlotte at Philip Bannister. A completely different experience from trying to book a viewing with a much larger, well known agency in the area.

We picked Bannister because it's our local estate agent, very true. Everyone from director Matthew, Charlotte and Ian are all very professional, friendly, most of all caring and extremely knowledgeable, both on the legitimation and handling of any issues arises. I couldn't praise the team enough for what they've done. Particularly Charlotte, she is really on the ball, excellent communication skills and we wouldn't have moved without her advice and assistance.<br>A Big Well done and Thank you to your Ellougton team. 5 + stars service.
