Was 1 hour 30 minutes late to the valuation appointment, the women was rude and tried to convince us not to part exchange with a new build company. She never took her shoes off which I find rude. Valuation then came back way lower then other estate agents. Definitely don't recommend these.

Brilliant service for what was a difficult and prolonged purchase of a not straightforward property involving numerous party interests and difficulties with financing. Kept fully up to date on a weekly or fortnightly basis by Sue who also did lots of chasing to move the sale forward. Would not hesitate to deal with them again

Ian was absolutely outstanding. He worked to the benefit of the buyer (myself) and the vendor.
His communication was exceptional, he did what he said he would do, when he said he'd do it.
His understanding of the process, his diligence and professionalism made the experience infinitely easier.
