Was 1 hour 30 minutes late to the valuation appointment, the women was rude and tried to convince us not to part exchange with a new build company. She never took her shoes off which I find rude. Valuation then came back way lower then other estate agents. Definitely don't recommend these. Further note, house sold for more then this woman valued it at, don't miss out on valuable money selling with these incompetent people.... Read more
