Pickwicks did a stellar job both managing my property and tenants for 11 years as well as selling the property this year. As I am living overseas it has been reassuring to have their support and they handled any issues that cropped up sensitively and professionally. I was very happy with the sale price, they worked hard to get the best price for me, and they made the process as smooth and as quick as possible. I can definitely recommend them for both property management and sale.

I don't blame them for not selling the place, it's about market conditions far beyond their control. We ended our agreement due to a total lack of communication.

We sold our house through Pickwick and it was an absolute pleasure working with Paolo from start to finish. Paolo is a really lovely, highly experienced, communicative and responsive professional. He clearly knows the market and the area extremely well and came highly recommended to us from numerous neighbours. He goes above and beyond of what one could expect of an estate agent - helping with queries from the solicitors, managing buyer and seller expectations and much more. He was always available, honest, very non “sales-y” and extremely helpful. All his advice was excellent and the house sold as soon as it went on the market and well above asking price. We were very well supported throughout the entire process and I cannot recommend Pickwick Estates more. I have already personally recommended Paolo and Pickwick to numerous neighbours and locals. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful, retorting a few times. I decided to cut short the conversation and told her that I don’t want to progress with the home viewings, given this experience.

Paolo and the Pickwick team were fantastic in both selling our flat and helping us find our new house. Paolo was honest and clear during valuation and swiftly sold our flat in only one day of viewings. He then helped us find our next house. During the sale and purchase he stayed informed and never let the timeline slip. We felt like Paolo was always going above and beyond what’s typical for estate agents during the conveyancing process. He also knows the area very well, so we ended up turning to him for lots of advice. Would highly recommend- we’ve dealt with lots of estate agencies and Pickwick has been the best hands down.
