Absolutely brilliant experience dealing with Pittis Newport. Am at the start of the process of purchasing a property through them and have been very impressed with the commitment from the team to make it quick and easy as possible from a purchasers position.<br>On two separate viewings of the property I had Ben and Connor showing me around and both guys were absolutely on it. Both came across really well, easy to talk too and had clearly done their research on the property and surrounding area to answer any queries I had. Really has filled me with confidence that buying a house through Pittis would be a smooth process going forward. Following the second viewing Connor again has been great and a pleasure to deal with. Such a genuinely friendly guy and wasnt rushing me to make a decision on making an offer even after me probably being a little too honest with how much I wanted the property. Between me making an offer and him telling me it had been accepted the following day it felt like he was genuinely excited for me.<br>Big thank you to both Ben and Connor for making the experience so smooth.

Very impressed. Good support throughout the exercise especially from Alison, who phoned regularly with updates and advice and also from Craig who was very approachable and extremely helpful when either my wife or I phoned with queries or seeking advice.<br>Highly recommended..

My husband and I have had such a brilliant experience with Connor Gregory at Pittis. Every viewing we have attended has included so much detail about the property, which has been incredibly helpful as first-time buyers. We found knowing what questions to ask can be difficult when you’re new to the process, but Connor didnt even needed to be asked, he covered everything and truly left no stone unturned.<br><br>He has also been brilliant at finding properties that he genuinely thinks will suit us and our needs as a family while understanding our budget.<br><br>We’ve gone into each property feeling fully informed and confident about what we’re viewing. Connor also recommended a mortgage adviser who he thought would suit both our needs and our personalities, and he was absolutely spot on. We’ve now moved forward with Shannon as our mortgage adviser, and we couldn’t be happier with the recommendation.<br><br>It has been a really positive experience so far, and we can’t wait to continue working with Connor and Shannon and hopefully find our perfect home with him. Highly recommend.
