Currently going through the process of purchasing. The Sales team have been very helpful and great with communication so far. Shout out to Cally who has done the majority part for the communication with us and supported us with referring us on to the Milnthorpe branch for purchase conveyancing (at our request to use Poole T also). Thanks.

My experience has been great from the start with Poole Townsend. Cally especially is an asset to the team. She is efficient, helpful and has always taken the time to explain and go through anything that hasn't been clear to me.
She is reliable and always makes sure she knows the answer to any questions I have when responding to me via email or phone call.
They have made everything with my sale easy so far and I am very thankful for this!

I have been renting out my flats for the last 5/ 6 years with Andrew and his team from the Milnthorpe Office
They have been amazing
Always very helpful, quick to answer calls or messages.
Helping with information with regards tenants and nessasery paperwork / certificates needed ect

submitted a tenancy application for a home in Barrow. The application asked whether I'd been subject to a Section 21 order. I thought it was an irrelevant question as it had no bearing on ones likelihood to be a good or a bad tenant; however, I answered the question honestly by stating 'no' because I'd only received a Section 21 notice. Only a court can issue an order. Poole Townsend then accused me of lying on the application and it was rejected. In the end, I should be thankful to Poole Townsend because my experience with them caused me to realise that a miserable, economically deprived, unfriendly and uneducated community wasn't the right place for me and that my talents would be better appreciated elsewhere. With estate agents like this it is no wonder Barrow has such a poor reputation.
