I had such a great experience with this estate agent from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, always on point, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was honestly the best I’ve experienced—clear, quick, and consistent throughout, which made a huge difference.
They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse. An absolute asset to prime estates.

Do not understand why you did not go in at market value and be open to offers. Hence the sold price was £15000 below market value. I did ask for a call back to discuss this further however this did not happen

I would like to thank Bash and the team at Prime Estates for helping us purchase our first property. It was stressful at times but with their help and professionalism, it was finally completed.
