Great Service from Prime Estates
We've been absolutely delighted with the service we've received from Prime Estates, Castle Bromwich. They've helped us greatly with the sale of our family home, after our Dad's bereavement, which you can imagine has been a very sad time for the family.
Beverley and Harry have been superb, both in the Valuation and Marketing of the Property and also in the actual selling process. They showed professionalism and dedication throughout and kept us fully informed of matters at all stages, with almost weekly updates.
We would highly recommend Prime Estates for anyone looking for a quality Estate Agent in Castle Bromwich, and we would like to wish them continued success for the future.

Terrible tactics by these so-called estate agents. The seller backed out last minute without an explanation. So I decided to knock on his door and have a chat. He revealed that Prime Estate agent "Bash" has been constantly knocking his door, telling him his making a mistake and can get more money for the property if he sold it through him. The seller eventually gave in and decided to sell the house through them. I only found out on the day of the exhange that I have been gazumped. I lost around £2000 in fees due to the cheap tactics by Prime Estates.
This should be illegal! Shows how low they will stoop to get the sale. The worst thing is the house was sold a further 6 months later for only £2495 more than I offered! What a joke!
I will never use this scam of a company and advise everyone else to do the same.

From visiting for the first time right through to completion Beverley and Harry kept us up to date weekly or as when needed no Fuss or Dramas . Important thing for me was they listened to what we wanted as a customer.

We recently used Prime Estates Castle Bromwich. Special mentions for Harry Smith and Beverley Rooney. Harry helped with dealing with our viewings and offered helpful feedback. Beverley dealt with the sale process of our move. It's been a long time since we moved house and we felt very supported by both. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always give that personal touch.
We would highly recommend this Estate Agents!

I was so pleased with the service received with Harry Smith dealing with the viewings and keeping me updated with feedback and appointments; and Beverley Rooney dealing with the actual sale process. Beverley diligently kept the sale on track and kept chivvying solicitors etc

I 100% recommend Prime estates, bash was amazing through the whole procedure, explained everything throughly and made the experience for a first timer buyer such as my self easy and comforting as he went above and beyond to get the mortgage through, I honestly couldn’t recommend prime estates enough!!!
