I used Prospects for a house purchase which took some unexpected complications and lengthy delays. The transaction was on the verge of collapsing until Darren stepped in and pulled all parties together to make the necessary changes. Right at the most critical time. Without Darren’s positive attitude and communication skills, I’m sure the transaction would’ve collapsed. Very grateful to Darren for this and I would recommend his services in future!

We chose to sell our property with Prospect after we first met Darren and liked his personable, yet professional approach. Our transaction has taken several months due to the chain but Darren has kept us up to date throughout the whole process and has always answered any questions promptly. His communication, dedication and sense of humour kept us going and we feel Darren went above and beyond in helping us. Daniel and the team in Winnersh were fantastic throughout the whole sales process. Despite a few hiccups and delays along the way, they remained positive and fully committed to getting things done.
We were kept informed of viewings, feedback and changes and they were always available to answer queries and were also very prompt in doing so.
I would have no hesitation in using Prospect again and can thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team in Winnersh!
