Ross, Luke, and Liam were excellent throughout the process. They were proactive, always available, and always offered sound advice. I would highly recommend Prospect to anyone buying or selling property.

Avoid using their dodgy lawyers - estimate was £2.6K and total bill was £3.7K. Plus Prospect get a £500 commission from the ‘conveyancers’ for referring us. Just instruct a local law firm to act for you in a purchase/sale
