Very disappointed with the service. We completed all the referencing requirements and, based on the agent’s communication, we served notice on our existing landlord expecting the new tenancy to proceed. We were then told that the landlord was not willing to sign the agreement. Despite requesting our holding deposit back, the refund has been unnecessarily delayed. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.

Ross was consistently helpful, responsive, and professional from the initial viewing through to the exchange of contracts. Prospect were great, and I can't thank them enough. They found a seller for my apartment straight away, and it sold to the first viewer. Communication from Paul Wickens was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prospect to anyone looking to sell their property.

Terrible,<br>Don’t answer the phones, don’t progress sales.<br>I’ve seen other reviews talk about hiccups- we never got started !<br>Months lost by this Estate Agent. They employ someone to progress the sale … I had to constantly chase the person who was supposed to be doing the chasing.
