I've rented through Prospect for several years now, and Property Manager Nikki has consistently provided outstanding service. She's quick to respond to any questions or issues, always follows through, and has been very understanding and flexible with my needs over the years. It's rare to find a property manager who is this reliable and easy to deal with and I'd happily recommend her and the agency to anyone looking to rent.

Jasper was polite and communicative before moving in, however made false promises and Prospect have been very difficult in terms of resolving simple repairs and issues. Also no handover when moving in.

Prospect is a very friendly and professional service which I found more comfortable while working with them and they helped me to fit in my requirements and made my move to a new place a wonderful experience. Terrible,<br>Don’t answer the phones, don’t progress sales.<br>I’ve seen other reviews talk about hiccups- we never got started !<br>Months lost by this Estate Agent. They employ someone to progress the sale … I had to constantly chase the person who was supposed to be doing the chasing.
