I've rented through Prospect for several years now, and Property Manager Nikki has consistently provided outstanding service. She's quick to respond to any questions or issues, always follows through, and has been very understanding and flexible with my needs over the years. It's rare to find a property manager who is this reliable and easy to deal with and I'd happily recommend her and the agency to anyone looking to rent.

Jasper was polite and communicative before moving in, however made false promises and Prospect have been very difficult in terms of resolving simple repairs and issues. Also no handover when moving in.

Prospect is a very friendly and professional service which I found more comfortable while working with them and they helped me to fit in my requirements and made my move to a new place a wonderful experience. They cared and communicated so close to help me find this house. And now I'm having a peaceful stay with my family. Thanks again for all your support and guidance. You do a great job not only professionaly but with care to your clients. Keep up the good work and all the best for your team. THANK YOU.

We are very happy with the service we received and would like to say a special thank you to Gracie. She was really helpful, friendly and patient, taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. It was lovely to have someone so approachable to speak to, and her help made the whole experience much easier for us. We really appreciate the time and care she gave us and would happily recommend.
