I recently sold my home with Prospect Estate Agents Warfield, Bracknell. I highly recommend the Prospect to everyone . My client manager was Mr Reiss Simpson, who went above and beyond to sell my home and keep me updated at all times. His professional and dedicated approach to selling was exceptional. Reiss was a pleasure to deal with , his human touch and kindness has to be acknowledged as he rolled his sleeves up and went that extra mile to help lift my belongings after I had major surgery . A pure gent and I cannot recommend Prospect enough , the entire team for all their support and quick turn around with the sale. It took all stress away from the seller and they updated me regularly . Reiss, Mark, Abbey and all the team thank you so much for your exceptional service and for the smooth transition of the sale. Reiss wishing you all a very happy Xmas . Best wishes Catherine

Selling a 2 bed flat. Haven’t closed yet but have been going smoothly so far, taking longer than anticipated but I think that’s the solicitors and it’s just what it is ….

While the sale of my house in Reading and purchase of new property has been a journey that I would not like to experience again, I can say that not one of the many issues I experienced at a result of my decision to use Prospect.
Advertising of the property went very well and finding of a buyer was painless in large part due to the choice of Prospect.
A special thanks go to fellow cat lady Bernadette Martin who has been fantastic through the trial of getting the deal completed!

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our property manager: Nikki for providing exceptional support throughout our tenancy. From the initial viewing to the end of my lease, Nikki made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every stage. Any queries I had were addressed promptly, and she was always available to offer guidance and support. I truly appreciated her friendly demeanor and genuine care, which made me feel valued as a tenant.
During our stay, there were a few issues that needed addressing, and Nikki ensured that they were resolved swiftly and efficiently. Thanks to her proactive approach, I always felt confident that I was in good hands.

Probably the worst agency to get into a contract with if you are a tenant. Tenants are treated as 'losers' where Landlord and the agency dictate everything you do in the house you are paying rent for. There Increasing 10% rent per year is mandatory, but if you reach out for any support, the issue will be turned on to you. Had a leak on the bathroom floor, it is decided by Prospect the leak is due to tenats using the washroom the way it's not supposed to. Englighten me please, how do you use the washroom without spilling water on the floor!? I might be wrong here, but as long as the tenancy contract doesn't say I shouldn't spill water on the bathroom floor, I am not paying for it. Will take it to the court if needed.

If you are dealing with Prospects generally not much difference with other Estate Agents, but Bernadette is awesome! Responsive, proactive and one of the absolute best, huge asset and massively helpful.
