I used Prospects for a house purchase which took some unexpected complications and lengthy delays. The transaction was on the verge of collapsing until Darren stepped in and pulled all parties together to make the necessary changes. Right at the most critical time. Without Darren’s positive attitude and communication skills, I’m sure the transaction would’ve collapsed. Very grateful to Darren for this and I would recommend his services in future!

We chose to sell our property with Prospect after we first met Darren and liked his personable, yet professional approach. Our transaction has taken several months due to the chain but Darren has kept us up to date throughout the whole process and has always answered any questions promptly. From the beginning I was contacted along the way to inform me of how things were going , the valuation I thought was low so requested a price for selling be slightly higher , this would also allow for people that offer below price .
