I am pleased to provide a review of the exceptional service I received from the team at Putterills in Knebworth. I originally purchased my property through Putterills Knebworth back in the 90s, it was an obvious choice to entrust them with the sale of my property.
Vanessa, who managed the sales progression, demonstrated commendable professionalism and efficiency. Despite encountering delays due to chain issues, which were no fault of Putterills, Vanessa remained helpful and proactive throughout the process.
I am satisfied with the outcome and would like to express my gratitude to the Putterills team for their dedication and hard work. Their service is a testament to their commitment to their clients and I would highly recommend them to others.

It took us nearly two years to sell my parents' house, through absolutely no fault of Putterills. Their service (from Vanessa, Ricky and all the rest of the crew) has been more than excellent - I would call it exceptional. Their friendly staff assisted us at every turn, on an almost daily basis.

The team at Putterills in St Albans were absolutely brilliant. After two agents had previously tried to sell my property to no avail Putterills approached me and said they had someone that wished to view. This was a genuine request which turned into a sale, exchange and completion. Through the whole process I was kept well informed, all my questions and help I required were answered and dealt with in a highly professional manner.
