Raine & Co were very professional, courteous and friendly from the outset. They explained how the sale would proceed and kept us updated to how things were going after each viewing. The staff members showing potential buyers around had made sure they knew the property. The service we received was excellent and they made our moving experience less stressful than it could have been. We would recommend Raine & Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Overall delighted in difficult market. Not great valuation initially as way too optimistic. But when I dropped price at my instigation found a good flow of viewings. And were proactive in persuading potential interest to come for a viewing. Overall very happy with them
