This is a simple review...if you want to sell your house in Woodside Park then you have to use Real Estates. Dan and the team were a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us on each step as they helped us navigate the process.

We have recently completed on our flat with Sam Lawrence from Real Estates representing the seller. We’ve just completed on our new home in Woodside Park, and the whole thing still feels a bit surreal. A massive part of why it all went so smoothly is down to our agent, Sam Lawrence.
We were bracing ourselves for the stress that everyone associates with buying a house, but we can honestly say Sam made the entire journey feel calm and manageable.
His communication was just brilliant. We never once felt out of the loop or had to wonder what was going on. Sam was always proactive, keeping us updated on every single step, and was always there to answer our questions with patience and honesty.
What we were most grateful for was his ability to just get things done. Whenever it felt like a part of the process was slowing down or hitting a snag, Sam was already on it, gently unblocking things and keeping everything moving forward. He took all the stress and worry off our plates.
He’s just a genuine, professional, and supportive person who clearly loves what he does. We felt like he was truly on our team from day one.

Great stay overall. Walking distance to grocery stores. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place, this is it. Our host also communicated well with us.
