Great stay overall. Walking distance to grocery stores. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place, this is it. Our host also communicated well with us.

Agent very professional. Tries her best to resolve issues in timely manner.
Update: received my deposit two days after I left. Expecting 2-3 weeks. Agent is firm and fair. Communication best after 5pm for tenants.

Nice place, it is convenient and quiet, walking distance around 5 mins to the Derby town centre, and there is a pond with lovely ducks and pigeons nearby. We enjoyed staying and will recommend this apartment

I have loved the stay and mostly love the space in the room I am using and the private back exit with the garden table and chairs..the kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough no one is in anyone's way

It was a very nice stay, the flat is really cozy and has everything in it , the location is close to most of the main road and M3, shops are five minutes walk

I am staying in one of the houses in Milton Road. House super decent and comfortable, monthly once cleaning facility is provided. The property owner respond quickly if there were any issues.

Very good property it is, I got it just near above bar street, the centre of the city , at affordable rent. House is perfectly renovated, nice interiors and moreover good property owner to support tenants.

We stayed at the house at the beginning of May and loved it. It is perfect for 3/4 people and gives you the luxury of space that you wouldn't get if staying in a hotel. The apartment is beautilfully decorated and has everything we needed. The location was peaceful.

I would definitely recommend, we stayed in one of the houses in Brighton and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and had all the amenities. Loved it!
