Brilliant service, Ben was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were also impressed that he came to show us the house even though (due to road closures) it was extremely difficult to get there, unfortunately some other estate agents in Sidmouth were not so helpful.

We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.
