We used Residence to sell our family home after our dad died. From start to finish the team were efficient , friendly , very caring and very professional .Everything was explained and our wishes understood. The communication was excellent and we were constantly updated . We went to a closing date in less than two weeks and received seven offers
Their online reach is second to none , something we had not considered before talking to the team, but certainly gives them a significant advantage
Huge thanks to the entire team , but in particular Ellece, Rebecca and Andrew

Andrew was our first experience with residence. We found him to be respectful, knowledgeable, sensitive and professional and he made us feel that we were in safe hands. Ellece supported us with the sale of Mums house. She was always sympathetic to the emotions attached to the house and gave us wonderful advice and guidance all the way through the process. It made a difficult time that bit easier. Thank you

Ellece was so helpful and understanding how emotional it was to sell our late mums' house, we were kept well informed and were given very helpful and impartial advice. The whole experience was made much easier by residence and Ellece in particular. Always friendly and professional at all times. Would definitely recommend

Ellece was great throughout both of my property sales. She was always on the ball, regularly chasing buyers and keeping things moving when needed. Very responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Selling our flat with Residence was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. From the very first visit to view the property, the team were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. They arranged the photos quickly, made the whole process feel effortless, and set up viewings to suit our specific times and dates, which took a huge amount of stress off us.

Throughout the sale, they kept us fully up to date with every development. We were informed of offers promptly, and after closing they took the time to walk us through each one so we understood everything clearly. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and always helpful.

Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic — supportive, organised, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Residence to anyone selling their home.

Had a viewing of a property for sale arranged today, on my day off. Took over an hour to drive there and back. Turned up on time, no one there.
Called office only to be informed that viewing was cancelled and they meant to tell me but email link wasn't working.
Dreadful service. Residence clearly could not care less about potential buyers time. They obviously do not know how to communicate via a telephone!!!
Management did not even apologise directly.
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SELL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY CLEARLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE APPROPRIATELY!!
