Recently sold my our property and purchased a new one through Residence. Throughout the whole process Rhona and her team kept us informed of updates and worked diligently to advertise and sell our old home. We were kept informed regularly by the team and their down to earth, friendly and helpful manner made the whole process easier on us. We encountered a few unexpected challenges throughout the way at no fault to Residence and they were always available and on hand for helpful advice and support. Highly recommend and a fantastic addition to our local community in Strathaven.

Residence are good estate agents.
The two people we dealt with where professional in their roles, and responded very quickly to any questions we had, and arranged viewings promptly. And kept us well informed on the status of the sale
