I found Richard James to be very helpful and great local knowledge. Accurate valuation and good marketing. Only downside would be very minimal photos and relying on video tour.

Do not be fooled by the conversion rates these are mainly for small properties. There are other agents that offer greater flexibility in regard to listing terms, rather than being tied in for 12 weeks. Communication and customer service needs improving, as customer needs are not listened to or actioned upon. Changes are made to your property listing without consultation.

Having used Richard James before it was a no brainer as they show all the prospective clients around each house and they have a great reputation!
