What can I say?!! Jess at Reigate branch is phenomenal!! She was ultra successful firstly in finding a buyer very quickly, then remained efficient, friendly, reliable, patient, communicative and extremely responsive to what became a bit of a challenge towards the end! Jess was always a pleasure to talk to and nothing was ever too much of a problem for her. Thank you so much Jess, you made a slightly difficult situation so much easier to cope with and because of you we exchanged today. I shall be recommending you to everyone ??????

We recently purchased our first home through Robert Leech in Reigate and Lisa Perowne was fantastic throughout the whole process.
Buying a home can be stressful but Lisa was always friendly, professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. She kept us updated at every stage and helped make the process much smoother.

As tenants, we relied on Robert Leech to provide accurate and timely advice regarding our tenancy. Unfortunately, important information about changes to tenancy rules and notice requirements was never clearly communicated to us. We only became aware of these issues when we had already started making arrangements to move.
The result was unnecessary stress, confusion and potentially significant additional costs that could have been avoided with clearer guidance from the outset.
Throughout the process, communication felt reactive rather than proactive. We often had to chase for information ourselves rather than being properly advised on matters that directly affected our tenancy.
For a professional letting agent, I would have expected clearer communication, better guidance and more support for both landlords and tenants.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Robert Leech.

We move house tomorrow, as I write this. My wife and I are downsizing, which is a challenge, and Robert Leech by chance were also acting for the developer of our new house which has proved very helpful.
Emma West "got" our slightly quirky house, (part barn), marketed it very effectively and negotiated a good price on our behalf. There was a slow start, mostly because of the November '25 Budget, but after Christmas viewings took off and quickly turned into offers. We were only involved in one show-around
All the Robert Leech staff at Reigate, Oxted and Lingfield held our hands very effectively through the viewings, the offers and finally the sale. Since then Wendy has managed the progression of the transactions brilliantly. We would recommend them to anyone thinking about selling a property. They know their business very well and they are nice people to deal with.

I was looking for an apartment and was assisted by Robert Leech in Oxted and was amazed at how professional, quick and smooth the process was. Miles, who handled my viewings and tenancy was very amenable and worked hard to obtain the answer to any questions that I had. Highly recommend!
