Kerri Glassey makes all the difference for us when dealing with our house rental. Really feels like she is on our side and actively trying to chase thing up for us and trying to improve our living experience. It makes a big difference for tenants like us to have a reliable go to person like Kerri. We recently had a better shower system installed thanks to Kerri pushing for it having seen our situation and she was great at convincing the landlord. I rented a property where Robert Leech were the managing agent. I had a terrible experience with a very slow turn around on requests for this to be fixed after I moved in . Then at the end of the tenancy they took ages to respond to my request to return the deposit. My understanding of deposit protection scheme rules is that they have 14 days but is now over a month and they are only now starting to engage with me when I threatened legal action.

I've rented 8 properties and never had any problems with estate agents until now. They are so rude and unhelpful, have such a bad attitude & very slow in getting things fixed. They are also very unprofessional, we had a bill sent to us via email asking for payment for a council tax bill that was before our moving in date and it also had all of our landlords details on it and when I replied to tell them that we wasn't in the property on those dates we had no response. Today I can't get over the rudeness from them. Here's an example- our gates haven't worked for nearly 9 weeks and when asked when they will be fixed the reply was- it's not asif you can't get out isit. I hate calling them and always come off of the call with my blood boiling! 9months later the gates still aren't fixed. We've also not been able to use our master bedroom shower for nearly 6months now as it has no hot water.

Craig understood our situation and was able to speak to the developer and come to an agreement where an offer was accepted. Where do I start? Having bought/sold personally five times and three times assisted moves, I have had my fair share of dealings with estate agents. Until now, my experiences have not been the greatest, however, Robert Leech in Oxted have been outstanding, specifically Craig Custance. This move was my parents, who after 47 years in the same home decided it was time to downsize, to say this was a difficult, bittersweet move is a bit of an understatement! Craig’s kind, professional, empathic nature has made this transition so much easier. Even though Robert Leech in Oxted are not our local agent, I am so glad we took a leap of faith and used them in this instance. From start to finish, Craig Hassam been available at all times to help and manage what, at one point, became quite a difficult process. I cannot recommend Craig and the team highly enough and will always be incredibly grateful to them for managing my parents move.

A posh, softly spoken gentleman (wont mentioned the name) tried to sell a B2 clad property (the same as the tragic Grenfell disaster) without disclosing it. (and will likely say its not even after site surveys of the building).

Having been to a number of viewings I was impressed by how professional Craig was as he showed us a great property and took the time to discuss how it could be adapted to our needs.
He went above and beyond driving us to key points of interest nearby, always smiling and being very transparent.
Such a difference in comparison with another viewing we went to on the same day where the agent only opened the front door and waited for us to finish checking the property as he barely knew the property or the area.

Buying a house is never a fun process, but I did feel confident that through Robert Leech, Craig was managing as effectively as it possibly could be managed!

When we first met Craig we were immediately impressed by his calm and friendly manner and his sensible advice. Having had fairly smooth and easy conveyances previously, we weren’t expecting too many problems. However, our sale and purchase this time around was anything but easy. Craig found us a buyer within a week but there were a multitude of problems in the chain and fairly complex legal issues to contend with. We can honestly say that without Craig we would not be moving. Craig is the consummate professional. He was always available to reassure us and to take on much of the load – whatever the time of the day. However, what makes Craig stand out is his intricate knowledge of the legal process. By understanding the legal issues he was able to pre-empt issues and then work out a solution so as to avoid further delays. He was proactive throughout. When the transaction was stalling and we didn’t know how to move things forward, Craig found the solutions and pushed the parties along. However, in addition to the above, Craig also understands people. He understands the stress of a house move and we found his advice and support incredibly reassuring. Whilst everyone hopes for a smooth and easy house move, things do go wrong. We were fortunate that we had Craig working with us.

We were impressed with the way we were kept informed from the word 'go'. Kelly quickly set up an early viewing and Alex showed us around with lots of useful local info in response to our questions. We had a long chain, which Kelly kept on top of liaising with all the other parties involved and was very effective in getting us all to an agreed Exchange and Completion date. Robert Leech have good teamwork as when Kelly wasn't available, Alex stepped in to seamlessly maintain the responsive service. I have no hesitation in recommending Robert Leech and in particular Kelly Ward and Alex, who certainly took much of the stress out of the process for us.

It is always a bit of a lottery selecting a firm to represent you but we are ever so pleased that we chose Robert leech.
We were one of the foolish people to attempt to beat the stamp duty deadline in 2021 and there were a number of bumps along the way. Andy & Kelly assisted us throughout the process and help land the transaction in time to make our share of the saving.

They exercise regular inspections for damage, maintenance etc., all reported in depth and with photographs. They have been punctual for all meetings. Absolutely blown away with the service given by Robert Leech Oxted. I won't say any names but we sold through an internet based agent and we and our buyer were left stranded! We dealt with Andy Wilkins all the way through the purchase and he bent over backwards to walk us and our buyer through the whole move, without him it would never have worked out. He and the team did the job of an estate agent and solicitor chasing everything to the second keeping us updated with any news daily. We highly recommend Robert Leech and will be selling through them in the future and referring them no doubt, shame there isn't a 6th star as Andy and the company gets it!
