Kerri Glassey makes all the difference for us when dealing with our house rental. Really feels like she is on our side and actively trying to chase thing up for us and trying to improve our living experience. It makes a big difference for tenants like us to have a reliable go to person like Kerri. We recently had a better shower system installed thanks to Kerri pushing for it having seen our situation and she was great at convincing the landlord. She is also great at getting back promptly and generally very nice to deal with. Thank you very much for your efforts Kerri! It is very much appreciated.
