We interviewed about 7-8 agents before we put our property on the market. Chad was probably the 4th agent we met and found his professional, no nonsense and upfront approach very reassuring. He didn’t try to hustle like some of the others and gave a true valuation of the property which coincided with what we had in mind too.
Proof is in the pudding and our property was also a gem. Chad and team had our property STC within 6wks of going online.
We would happily recommend SJ Smith to anyone in our network and use them again.

5 stars for sales progression, without their help the transaction would have taken 3 times as long. The team were responsive and provided timely updates. The team chased non-responsive parties applying pressure when required.

We are currently selling with this company and so far I have been more than happy with there service, from day 1 they have been very professional and enthusiastic. We have had a good number of viewings and the team seems to go the extra mile ,i will add to this review in the near future when the sale goes through
Following on we have now completed our sale
I would just like to say that SJ Smith have been excellent during the whole process,all the staff are friendly and nothing appears to be to much trouble to help,we were kept updated at every stage ,if I was thinking of moving again I would have no hesitation in using their services again

From day one they have been so helpful. From pushing the viewings to securing a buyer, they worked hard to keep us informed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Chad, Rob, Hamza, Louis, Simon and the lovely Saturday lady( didn't catch her name) for making our dream come true ???? x

SJS marketed my house in Ashford in 2023 when the market had slowed down considerably. They persevered with us and we eventually sold after 8
months. The team were supportive, approachable, well organised and easy to communicate with. SJS were also very supportive during the conveyance process including harmonising communication across the chain which prevented any misunderstandings and ensured things kept moving. Overall, would highly recommend SJS as an estate agent. Grateful to them for getting us through what is In aria leave a difficult experience.

Definitely recommend SJSmith. Our house went on the market end of August & sold stc end of October. Completion on Valentine's day ????. All the staff were approachable, very good communication, supportive & professional. Simon took the lead after we sold stc. We can't praise Simon enough. He kept us informed throughout the process, updated us on the solicitor's progress, always answered his emails & going above & beyond our expectations. Simon also communicated well with Haydon from our purchase estate agent regarding progress from that end of the chain & a comment from them was Simon is a lovely person to chat with ???? Well done! ????

The whole Staines branch were fantastic, in particular Spencer who conducted most of the viewings, he was able to give me immediate feedback on first impressions of potential buyers, a very charismatic person who engages people well!
Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors.
A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!
