I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was genuinely deserved. Jan Stamp has been absolutely instrumental in helping us navigate a fairly challenging situation with our rental property. There were a number of ongoing maintenance issues that required coordination between different parties, and throughout the whole process she remained patient, responsive and solution focused. What stood out most was her willingness to step in and take ownership when things weren’t progressing as they should. She kept communication clear, followed things up consistently, and made sure we weren’t left in the dark, which made a big difference during what could have been a very frustrating experience. It’s not always easy managing expectations on both sides, but Jan handled it professionally and with a calm, practical approach that helped get things moving again. Really appreciate all the effort and support it didn’t go unnoticed.... Read more
