Recently used Sears Estate Agents in Bracknell to find a new tenant for my flat. Can’t praise them enough. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Super impressed with Andy and Leona whom I dealt with throughout. Needless to say I would highly recommend them.

Purchasing our house through Sears was overall a great experience. Despite the inevitable delays of house purchasing, Charlotte and Colin were really great, and always on hand and at the end of the phone to answer any queries and co-ordinate with the other parties every day. Thank you very much!

My partner & I recently began renting a property that was advertised through Sears in Wokingham and being dealt with one of there agents, Freddie.
From the very start, Freddie was excellent with communication, appointment arrangements & very helpful with answering any of our questions. Finding a property can be extremely stressful but Freddie made it very easy for both of us.

Unfortunately not a good experience for us. We had our house on the market with DY for 14 weeks and didn’t get one offer. We then changed estate agents and SSTC within 6 days and had 3 offers on the table. We regret not going with our second choice of estate agents from the beginning as we wasted over 3 months with DY, as we were tied into a contract. Who knows what they were telling viewers as they had to ask us after over 8 weeks to confirm our parking situation. We also got told misleading feedback which wasn’t even for our house we found out in the end! They had no respect or care for our house, so if you’ve got a small 2 bed terraced, don’t bother. I believe they’re only interested in the big houses that make them more money. Luckily they didn’t get a penny out of us.
