I can’t thank Sears enough for their support with my flat sale. They have been so helpful from the very beginning, and supported my sale going through in just over 3 months from offer to sold. Considering this was my first time selling, they made the process smooth and easy to understand.<br><br>Lydia in particular was a huge driving force and was so on it with chasing others and keeping me in the loop. Everyone I spoke to was kind, upbeat & helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We finally got there! After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

Inhave usedDuncan yeardley for selling & buying property's in Bracknell and surrounding area's find the sale's especially lady called Marney to go above &, beyond her duties,made the process easy peasy, in fact I'm so impressed had no hesitation in asking them to sell my late mother's propert this year.
