Recently used Sears Estate Agents in Bracknell to find a new tenant for my flat. Can’t praise them enough. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Super impressed with Andy and Leona whom I dealt with throughout. Needless to say I would highly recommend them.

I am super happy with Sears Property. Leona and Andy helped us to put our apartment on the market and they were extremely helpful through the process. It was very fast and efficient, and we found a tenant within a very short period of time. Living outside of UK, I thought letting our apartment would be a hazzle, but it was very smooth, from initial contact until all documents signed and the tenant moved in. I would recommend Sears Property 10 times out of 10.

Having previously rented through another local agent, we have found Sears to be 100% better from day one. I am also a Landlord of 3 other properties out of area, but if my properties were in Berkshire then I would most definitely choose Sears to manage them. Most recently we had our 6th monthly inspection done by Jake Tippett and found him friendly, helpful and very courteous. He carried out the inspection in a professional manner. We found it much more reassuring that the agents carried out the inspection themselves rather than employing a 3rd party.

I enquired about a property for sale a few weeks ago and was answered by Wiktoria of the Bracknell branch. At no stage was I left hanging for information. I was kept up to date with all negotiations and no question was left unanswered. She was easy to deal with and makes purchasing a property a joyous occasion (as it should be!).
Wiktoria is an asset to the team and provides a detail oriented service. I would certainly recommend her as a diligent professional in all agency matters.
